Difficult Recommendations
Most of us are asked from time to time to furnish
written evaluations for co-workers. If you have
ever struggled to find just the right words,
here are some suggestions. Although these are
gleaned from assessments furnished by military
leaders, many are equally applicable or at least
adaptable to the civilian world. Just make sure
your comments will be kept strictly confidential.
